Sam Gerding came to Louisville, Kentucky in 1972. During the ensuing years, he has developed expertise in multiple facets of the construction industry. With emphasis on residential and small commercial buildings, Sam Gerding Contractor, LLC, has been a positive contributor to the Kentuckiana area during the past years. We hope to continue in the future.
Our company strives to capture the customers’ home or business vision, and then do our part to turn that vision into a reality. Since 1996, our company has been a member of the Better Business Bureau.
